We try to ship out the order within 2 business days of the order and payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.

We try to make available all the products most of the time however if certain products are not available, we will get in touch with you to make necessary adjustments to your order.

Depending on your address and how far are you located from major cities, Delivery may take 1 to 14 days and in remote areas can take even more. Please be advised that once we ship your order, we can’t change anything or cancel your order or speed up the delivery process. You can track your order all the way and if you have any questions about your delivery process, you can contact the service provider with your tracking number. We have no information other than the tracking info that you can see.

Since we offer to ship through various service providers, therefore, delivery time may vary for each order.

If you have any preferred service provider, you may contact us and we can use their services ( any difference in cost will be billed to your invoice )

Yes, you will receive a copy of invoice on your registered email once the order is placed, a copy of the invoice will also come with delivery goods.

Also, you can log in to your account on our website anytime and regenerate a copy of any previous orders placed by you

Retail Buyers: Can register their account on the website and it does not need activation from our end.

Wholesale Buyers: Need to submit basic details and we will revert with your wholesale login details within 24 hours.

Retails Orders: No, minimum order requirement.

Wholesale Orders: Yes, orders must be a minimum purchase of $250 before tax.

If you received your product damaged, you should notify us THE SAME DAY OF DELIVERY. Our transportation insurance* ( conditions apply ) declines claims made after the day of delivery. The report has to be sent by Email including some pictures of the broken item and the order Id. You can find the order ID in the confirmation email that you have received from us when you placed the order.

Our return policy is different for every category of products.

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt at which time a 20% restocking charge may apply unless it is deemed that such return was due to the product being defective or damaged on receipt by the customer.
