How do I pay online on Smoke Arsenal website?

You can pay through Paypal, Interac and Bitcoin transfer. After adding products to cart and filling your information, you can select either one of the options.

What happens after my order is placed successfully?

Once the order is placed and the payment is confirmed, we try to ship out the order within 2-3 business days. We try our best to make all products available that are listed on the website but in case there is a non-availability issue, we will contact you asap and make the necessary adjustments.

Can I track my shipment?

You will be provided a tracking number as well as timely updates via email or text after the order is shipped out. This is however subject to service provider.

By when can I expect the delivery at my doorstep?

Since we offer to ship through various service providers, therefore, delivery time may vary for each order.

 

Depending on your address and how far you are located from major cities, delivery may take 1 day to upto 14 days, and in remote areas can take even more.

Please be advised that once we ship your order, we can’t change anything or cancel your order or speed up the delivery process. You can track your order all the way and if you have any questions about your delivery process, you can contact the service provider with your tracking number. We have no information other than the tracking info that you can see.

If you have any preferred service provider, you may contact us and we can use their services for your order (any difference in cost will be billed to your invoice).

Do I get an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive a copy of invoice on your registered email once the order is placed. A copy of the invoice will also come with delivered goods at your doorstep. Lastly, a virtual copy of the invoice will be available on your smoke arsenal account too.

Incase you do not get any, you can simply drop us an email on support@smokearsenal.com and we will try and locate it for you.

How can I setup an account on Smoke Arsenal website?

For retail buyers, you can simply visit our  REGISTER link from the menu and sign-up.

For wholesale buyers (requires HST number), you can visit our wholesale account page and enter all details for submitting your request. We will provide you proper credentials after a quick verification.

Is there any product warranty on my placed order?

If you received your product from Smoke Arsenal damaged, you need to notify us THE SAME DAY OF DELIVERY. Our transportation insurance* (conditions apply) declines claims made after the day of delivery.

A report has to be sent through your registered email address including the Order ID as well as some pictures of the broken item. You can find the order ID in the confirmation email that you have received from us when you placed the order.

Is there a return policy for smoke arsenal products?

Our return policy is different for various category of products.

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt at which time a 20% restocking charge may apply unless it is deemed that such return was due to the product being defective or damaged on receipt by the customer.
